Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Bandar Baru Klang

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, manage appointments, and liaise with clients for scheduling.

  • Handle various correspondences including emails, letters, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages on behalf of the employer.

  • Run errands such as collecting medical reports and claims from hospitals or clients.

  • Assist with client policy summaries, reviews, and the preparation of quotations.

  • Take notes during meetings, relay messages, and provide concise summaries.

  • Collaborate with team members and external parties on projects, monitoring progress and providing updates.

  • Perform ad hoc tasks or special projects as assigned by the employer.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma or degree in any field.

  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and BM.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
