Personal Assistant
Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Bandar Baru Klang
Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule meetings, manage appointments, and liaise with clients for scheduling.

Handle various correspondences including emails, letters, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages on behalf of the employer.

Run errands such as collecting medical reports and claims from hospitals or clients.

Assist with client policy summaries, reviews, and the preparation of quotations.

Take notes during meetings, relay messages, and provide concise summaries.

Collaborate with team members and external parties on projects, monitoring progress and providing updates.

Perform ad hoc tasks or special projects as assigned by the employer.
Requirements:

Minimum diploma or degree in any field.
-
Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and BM.
-
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
