Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Maintain accurate records and submit regular reports to help refine sales strategies and policies.

Bachelor’s degree in any field; candidates with a science background are encouraged to apply.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales preferred.
Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market trends and competitive landscape.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Fresh graduates (MUST be from sciences stream study programme. For example: Biological sciences, Biomedical, etc) with a passion for sales and a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
