Marketing Executive

Position: Marketing Executive

Location: Penang or Johor

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our outsourcing services, including digital marketing, advertising campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning for our services.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing collateral, sales tools, and presentations to support business development efforts.

• Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing initiatives within budget and timelines.

• Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies for improved performance.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any other professional qualification.

• Required language(s): English, Mandarin and BM

• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing or equivalent.

• Willing to travel and able to work independently/under minimal supervision.

• Must have own transport.
