Licensing Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

Identify, approach, and secure new licensing partners across key industries (retail, FMCG, lifestyle, entertainment, events, etc.).

Develop proposals, pitch decks, and business cases for prospective licensees.

Negotiate licensing terms, deal structures, and partnership agreements in line with company objectives.
Account & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential licensees.

Ensure licensees comply with contract terms, royalty payments, and reporting requirements.

Act as a bridge between licensors, licensees, and internal teams to deliver successful collaborations.
Market & Trend Research

Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to drive strategic licensing growth.

Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen brand positioning.
Operational & Administrative Support

Assist in contract administration, sales reporting, and pipeline management.

Support licensing events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote IP brands.
Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in licensing, sales, or business development (IP/brand/entertainment experience preferred).

Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a proven sales track record.

Excellent communication (English, Mandarin/Malay is an advantage).

Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Passionate about brands, IPs, and creative cross-industry collaborations.

Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM4k or above (depends on experience)
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Benefit: AL – 14 days; MC – 14 days
Allowance:
-
Medical Claim RM500 with receipts (increase to RM700 in 2026). Medical Allowance can be used for a medical check-up (with supporting receipt and medical report).

Will have a commission if manage to close deals.
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Working 5 days)
Working Hours: 9 am – 6 pm
