Farm Manager
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the durian plantation.

Develop and implement farm management plans, including planting, fertilization, irrigation, and harvesting schedules

Monitor crop health, pest control, and disease management

Ensure optimal yield and quality of produce, particularly for premium durian varieties
-
Manage and supervise farm workers, contractors, and supervisors
-
Track operational costs, budgets, and resource allocation
-
Implement and improve sustainable and modern farming practices
-
Liaise with suppliers, agronomists, and relevant authorities
-
Ensure compliance with local agricultural regulations and safety standards
-
Prepare regular reports on farm performance, yield forecasts, and operational updates
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Plantation Management, Agronomy, or related field

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in plantation or farm management (durian and/or palm oil preferred)

Strong knowledge of tropical crop management, pest control, and soil management
-
Proven experience managing large-scale plantations and field workers
-
Hands-on, results-driven, and able to work in a rural environment

Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
-
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage
