Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Creating scroll-stopping organic content (static & video) across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook

  • Updating and managing our Shopify store — uploading products, optimising content, and ensuring our campaigns go live without a hitch

  • Scheduling and managing content calendars and making sure we always show up on time, and on brand

  • Supporting in-store campaigns and helping us tell the stories behind the gear

  • Working closely with our social sales team to ensure online and live commerce efforts are aligned

  • Tracking and reporting on content performance and suggesting optimisations

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or a relevant field.

  • Know how to make content that feels like it belongs in people’s feeds — not just in brand decks.

  • Comfortable shooting and editing video content (even better if you can jump in front of the camera when needed).

  • Organised, proactive, and can manage multiple moving parts without dropping the ball.

  • You’ve got a feel for tone, timing, and community — and you understand that good digital marketing is about more than just pushing product.

  • You’re up for a challenge, excited by change, and ready to grow with a brand in transformation.

  • A portfolio is required.
