Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic accounting duties including data entry, payment processing, and bookkeeping.

  • Manage purchasing activities, particularly through Taobao and other online platforms.

  • Prepare and issue e-invoices and maintain accurate financial records.

  • Support daily administrative tasks, including filing, document management, and communication with suppliers.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

  • Assist in preparing simple financial reports or statements as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or administrative support.

  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written).

  • Familiarity with Taobao purchasing or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.

  • Basic understanding of accounting processes and e-invoicing systems.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Must be open to relocating to a new office in Sunway Damansara, Petaling Jaya.

Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM2,800 – RM3,500 (up to RM4,000 depending on experience)
EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Working Days: 5 days work week, Mon to Fri
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
