Admin Assistant

Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Setia Alam

Responsibility

  • To organize and maintain the executive’s schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks.

  • Assist the Manager in business development, management planning and other related tasks including liaison with clients, stakeholders and key business partners.

  • Organizing and attending meetings – ensuring managers are well prepared for meetings, minute/note taking, producing letters/documents. From meeting outcomes and managing resolutions through to successful completion.

  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, data entry and other documents for senior staff

  • Producing/updating documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as required.

  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings

  • To assist with other duties when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience

  • Ability to be independent, creative and accountable

  • Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude and a quick learner

  • Strong attention to detail with capability to multi-task and prioritize

  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourceful

  • Looking up to take leadership roles in the future
