Admin Assistant
Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Setia Alam
Responsibility

To organize and maintain the executive’s schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks.

Assist the Manager in business development, management planning and other related tasks including liaison with clients, stakeholders and key business partners.

Organizing and attending meetings – ensuring managers are well prepared for meetings, minute/note taking, producing letters/documents. From meeting outcomes and managing resolutions through to successful completion.

Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, data entry and other documents for senior staff
-
Producing/updating documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as required.

Carrying out background research and presenting findings
-
To assist with other duties when required.
REQUIREMENTS:

At least 1-2 years of relevant experience

Ability to be independent, creative and accountable

Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude and a quick learner

Strong attention to detail with capability to multi-task and prioritize

Strong problem-solving skills and resourceful

Looking up to take leadership roles in the future
