Accounts Executive
Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records by recording financial transactions on a regular basis.

Prepare and process payments, payroll, bank reconciliations, and related financial documentation.

Ensure proper maintenance and organization of accounting records in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Provide guidance and advice on accounting records and documentation that need to be maintained.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and supporting schedules as required.

Liaise with auditors and tax consultants by providing necessary documentation and responding to audit and tax-related queries.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:

Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in an accounting firm or commercial environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with Canva for preparing presentations and visual materials is an added advantage.

Knowledge and practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity-enhancing applications.

Experience using Google Workspace tools, including Google Chat and Google Tasks.

Good understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and bank reconciliation.

Able to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to meet deadlines.
