Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive (HQ)
Location: Seri Kembangan Selangor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides excellent services and establish long term business relationships with existing customers;

  • Ensure close follow-up with customers to close the sales deal;

  • Provide support and after-sales service to customers, including problem solution, provide advice / consultancy, attend enquiries, complaints and order by regular visits to maintain a good relationship;

  • Assist and follow-up payment collection;

  • Prepare action plans for effective search of new and prospects customers;

  • To conduct effective presentation, work out the best proposal and negotiate pricing with customers;

  • To assist in planning of sales strategy to achieve the annual business plan;

  • Identified new markets and business opportunities;

  • Perform site office/visit on assigned basic of needed;

  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by Management;

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education requirement is at least Diploma and above.

  • Minimum experience must be above 2 years in sales industry.

  • Sales driven and customer oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills;

  • Applicants must be willing to travel outstation/ Frequent travelling is required;
