Position: Supervisor
Location: Kampar, Perak

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing company sop standard.

  • Keeping customers happy and handling complaints

  • Organizing Staff Schedule

  • Maintaining Safety and food quality standard

  • Keeping track of employees hours

  • Supervising daily shift operations

  • Ensuring all end of the day cash outs are correctly completed

  • Coordinating daily front and back of house operations

  • Controlling operational cost and identifying ways to cut waste

  • Appraising staff performance

  • Interviewing / recruiting new employees

  • Interacting with guest to get feedback on product quality and service.

  • Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policies

  • client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.

  • Identify and develop problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues.

Requirement

  • Diploma in business administration or a similar field.

  • 5-10 years in F&B experience.

  • Proven customer service experience.

  • Good understanding of useful computer programs

  • Good organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients.
