Position: Sales Manager
Location: Kampar, Perak

Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership to push the sales target

  • Motivates and encourages team quotas are met

  • Reviews and analyses sales, operational records and reports; uses data to project sales; determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new market.

  • Identifies and Analyze customer preferences.

  • Assign and set quotas for the team

  • Prepares sales budget , monitors and approves expenses

  • Resolve customer complaints, staffing problems and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operation.

Requirement

  • Diploma in relevant field.

  • 5-10 years in F&B experience.

  • Proven customer service experience.

  • Good understanding of useful computer programs

  • Good organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients.
