Position: Sales Engineer/Sales Executive
Location: Segambut, Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during sales pitches, presentations, and client meetings.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and offer customized solutions that address their technical and business needs.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, highlight technical features and benefits, and address any questions or concerns.

  • Assist in developing sales proposals, technical specifications, and contracts, ensuring all technical details are accurately represented.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to any challenges.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements to better position the company’s products in the market.

  • Work closely with product development, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure product improvements are aligned with customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field like sales.

  • Experience: 1 – 3 years of experience in any sales role in any industry or as an engineer in engineering company

  • Strong understanding and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships and influence clients.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to design customized solutions for clients.

  • Aggressive/Taking initiative on approaching potential clients/customers.

  • Must posses own transport.
