Operational Excellence

Monitor and audit multiple restaurant locations to ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company SOPs.

Standardize front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) processes for maximum speed, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Coordinate the successful rollout of new menus, promotional programs, and marketing initiatives across the area.
Financial & Profitability Management

Oversee and analyze regional Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, identifying variances and opportunities for cost optimization (e.g., food waste reduction, labor cost control).

Set quarterly and annual sales targets, adjusting operational strategies to maximize revenue.

Manage and approve regional budgets, capital expenditures, and inventory procurement protocols.
People & Leadership Development

Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate Store Managers across all managed locations.

Foster a strong culture of accountability, staff retention, and continuous professional development.

Review performance metrics, conduct regular store visits, and host leadership meetings to align units with company objectives.
Customer Experience & Brand Standards

Monitor customer feedback, mystery shopper reports, and online reviews to drive continuous improvement in dining experiences.

Protect and elevate the company’s brand identity, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience in every location.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Minimum 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience in the F&B, hospitality, or quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.

Strong business acumen with proven expertise in P&L analysis, inventory control, and staff scheduling.

Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and communication abilities.

Must be able to speak and write Mandarin to communicate effectively with the China-based Head Office.

Strong command of English is required for business communication.
