Catering Operations Executive
Responsibilities:

Manage equipment pack-outs and ensure all event needs are organized and complete.

Liaise with clients during event days to ensure smooth operations.

Assist in on-site event set-up, including transporting supplies and equipment.

Lead and implement improvements for order-to-delivery systems in catering operations.
-
Collaborate with interns and operational staff to deliver high-quality service.

Perform daily operational duties and tasks as part of the Catering Operations Team.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of all areas within the catering facility.

Adapt to flexible and time-sensitive event schedules and responsibilities.
Requirements:

Professional Certificates/ Diploma/ Advanced Diploma or equivalent.

Experience in F&B Management is an advantage (1 year preferred).

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Able to multitask, take initiative, and demonstrate leadership qualities.
-
Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible schedules.
-
Well-organized and capable of working independently.

Able to drive Manual vehicle

GDL License is a Plus
-
Own transport is required.

Remuneration packages:
-
Basic Salary: RM2,800/month

Event Allowance: RM50 per event (TBC)

Total Monthly Income Potential: Up to RM4,000
