Catering Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Manage equipment pack-outs and ensure all event needs are organized and complete.

  • Liaise with clients during event days to ensure smooth operations.

  • Assist in on-site event set-up, including transporting supplies and equipment.

  • Lead and implement improvements for order-to-delivery systems in catering operations.

  • Collaborate with interns and operational staff to deliver high-quality service.

  • Perform daily operational duties and tasks as part of the Catering Operations Team.

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of all areas within the catering facility.

  • Adapt to flexible and time-sensitive event schedules and responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Professional Certificates/ Diploma/ Advanced Diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience in F&B Management is an advantage (1 year preferred).

  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to multitask, take initiative, and demonstrate leadership qualities.

  • Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible schedules.

  • Well-organized and capable of working independently.

  • Able to drive Manual vehicle

  • GDL License is a Plus

  • Own transport is required.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Remuneration packages:

  • Basic Salary: RM2,800/month

  • Event Allowance: RM50 per event (TBC)

  • Total Monthly Income Potential: Up to RM4,000

  • EPF, SOCSO, EIS
