Sales Manager
Responsibilities:

Oversee Sales team, monitor performance, guide activities.

Promote company products & services, enhance market presence.

Handle sales inquiries (phone, email, face-to-face).

Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Build & maintain long-term client relationships.
-
Achieve customer satisfaction & meet sales goals.
-
Develop strategies to increase sales volume.
-
Manage & track sales budgets.
-
Facilitate project status meetings with stakeholders.
-
Improve sales feedback process for strategic planning.
-
Collaborate with Project Management & Finance teams.
-
Coordinate with Project Planning to implement client needs.
-
Prepare sales figures, revenue projections, reports.
-
Execute company directives for sales initiatives.
-
Ensure compliance with legal, company policies, and ISO standards.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.

Minimum 5 years sales management experience (preferably wooden box industry & Logistic is added bonus).

Proven team leadership & revenue growth track record.

Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines.
-
Excellent negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills.
-
Awareness of ISO 9001 & GDPMD requirements.
-
Occasional travel to project sites required.

Flexibility in working hours based on project needs.
REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
-
Basic : RM6,000 – RM 8,000 + commission (structure to be discussed)
Working Hours:
-
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
