Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Sales team, monitor performance, guide activities.

  • Promote company products & services, enhance market presence.

  • Handle sales inquiries (phone, email, face-to-face).

  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.

  • Build & maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Achieve customer satisfaction & meet sales goals.

  • Develop strategies to increase sales volume.

  • Manage & track sales budgets.

  • Facilitate project status meetings with stakeholders.

  • Improve sales feedback process for strategic planning.

  • Collaborate with Project Management & Finance teams.

  • Coordinate with Project Planning to implement client needs.

  • Prepare sales figures, revenue projections, reports.

  • Execute company directives for sales initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with legal, company policies, and ISO standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years sales management experience (preferably wooden box industry & Logistic is added bonus).

  • Proven team leadership & revenue growth track record.

  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills.

  • Awareness of ISO 9001 & GDPMD requirements.

  • Occasional travel to project sites required.

  • Flexibility in working hours based on project needs.

REMUNERATION PACKAGES:

  • Basic : RM6,000 – RM 8,000 + commission (structure to be discussed)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
