Sales Executive (Architectural Products) - Native Mandarin Speakers
Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis

Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Identify emerging technologies and potential market opportunities.

Compile and analyse sales and market data to generate reports on performance metrics and KPIs.
Product & Brand Development
-
Support the creation of compelling product positioning and messaging tailored to target audiences.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to architects, engineers, and industry professionals.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and channels.
Channel Development & Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, contractors, engineers, and dealers.

Implement and manage channel marketing strategies to drive product adoption and sales growth.

Provide ongoing training and support to channel partners to ensure effective product knowledge and representation.
Sales & Promotional Activities

Plan and coordinate participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events.

Organise seminars, workshops, and client meetings to promote product offerings and enhance brand awareness.

Follow up with prospects and existing clients to identify and convert sales opportunities.
Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Applicants with an engineering background will have an added advantage.

Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably within the construction or architectural products industry.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Good communication and interpersonal skills in English, BM and Mandarin.

Must possess own transport and be willing to travel locally for client visits and events.
Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM4K to RM5K
Car Allowance Provided. Petrol, Tolls and Parking Tickets for Klang Valley and Outstation based on Company business is claimable based on receipt.
Performance based Incentives.
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Probation is 6 months.
