Telemarketer/ Admin / Account / Marketing Internship

Position: Telemarketer/ Admin
Location: Cheras, Selangor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Based at the Marketing Department.

  • Promote and explain their services to the customers.

  • Able to articulate well.

  • Attend to calls and queries and forward it to the relevant person in charge.

  • Maintain and update schedules.

  • Confirm appointments and input customer data into the system.

  • Attend to any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum SPM qualification.

  • Prior experience undertaking telemarketing functions is a definite advantage.

  • Possess good communication skills in English and BM.

  • Good persuasive and negotiation skills.

  • Computer literate.

  • Mandarin is an added advantage.
