Responsibilities:

Recruit suitable candidates for various positions within the organization, utilizing effective sourcing and screening methods.

Handle interview sessions, including scheduling, coordinating with interviewers, and conducting interviews when necessary.

Filter candidates based on job requirements, skills, and qualifications, ensuring a streamlined recruitment process.

Manage and assist all candidates throughout the interview process, providing guidance, support, and timely feedback.

Develop and maintain interview forms and documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR with a knowledge on recruitment.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong communication skills in both writing and speaking.
