Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit suitable candidates for various positions within the organization, utilizing effective sourcing and screening methods.

  • Handle interview sessions, including scheduling, coordinating with interviewers, and conducting interviews when necessary.

  • Filter candidates based on job requirements, skills, and qualifications, ensuring a streamlined recruitment process.

  • Manage and assist all candidates throughout the interview process, providing guidance, support, and timely feedback.

  • Develop and maintain interview forms and documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR with a knowledge on recruitment.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong communication skills in both writing and speaking.
