Position: Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Bayan Baru, Penang
Responsibilities:

Oversee the company’s recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.

Responsible for developing recruiting strategies, building employer branding, managing relationships with recruitment agencies, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs effectively.

Developing effective recruitment strategies, including job posting optimization, physical and digital employment marketing, job board procurement, and talent planning.

Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (e.g., interviews, screening calls, etc).

Lead recruitment and selection procedures (e.g., interviews, screening calls).

Supervise the recruiting team.

Arrange and participate in career fairs and related events.

Utilize metrics to generate reports and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process.

Support internal hiring by evaluating current employees for senior positions.

Manage recruitment budget

Predict future talent and staffing requirements.
Requirements:

Min 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment role in RECRUITMENT AGENCY with at least 1 year in a Managerial position.

Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding experience.

Familiarity with various interview and job selection methods.

Competence in utilizing social media and job boards.

Strong communication skills.

Organized with effective time-management abilities.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Understanding of Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
