Social Media Management / Digital Marketing - WFH (Native Mandarin speakers)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Social Media Management
– Manage daily posts, comments, and DMs on Meta Platform. - Content Marketing (English-focused)
– Develop and schedule high-quality, engaging content.
– Content Planning for each client from strategy until design guide - Collaboration & Support
– Coordinate with the internal team (designers, content creators)
– Participate in brainstorm sessions for marketing campaigns or launches
– Support marketing manager in strategic planning - Social Media Calendar & Publishing
– Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar for Facebook & Instagram.
– Schedule posts, Reels, and Stories using Meta Business Suite or Creator Studio.
– Align content themes with brand strategy, campaigns, and local trends.
REQUIREMENTS:

Possess a Pre-U/Diploma/Degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, New Media, Public Relations or related discipline.

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in social media management.

Strong marketing knowledge with hands-on experience in campaign development, branding, or digital marketing.

Proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation tools.

Excellent communication in English and Mandarin. Good interpersonal skills.

Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas.
