Senior Interior Design (Head of Design Department) Native Mandarin Speakers - Puchong

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design department, providing direction and mentorship to the design team.

• Collaborate with the project and commercial departments to ensure alignment on design concepts, project requirements, and client expectations.

• Receive design briefs and create innovative and market-relevant concept designs.

• Oversee the design development process, ensuring projects move smoothly from concept through to execution.

• Produce drawings and assist the team during peak periods to ensure timely submissions.

• Maintain a commitment to high-quality, creative solutions that reflect client objectives.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications.

• Proven leadership skills to guide and mentor the design team effectively.

• Strong collaboration skills, working closely with project and commercial teams to ensure design objectives are met.

• Excellent conceptual design and presentation skills.

• Familiarity with the full design development process from ideation to execution.

• Strong understanding of commercial space design and fit-out projects.

• Strong communications and presentation skills in English. Spoken Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Remuneration Package:

• Basic Salary: RM7,500

• Commissions: Up to RM18,000 per year
