Position: Project Sales Director-Process & Utility Engineering Systems
Location: Taman Perindustrian Pusat Bandar Puchong
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in the semiconductor industry.

Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities in the process and utility engineering systems in other niche market or industries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Lead negotiations and close complex deals, ensuring favourable terms and conditions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, manufacturing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

5 to 8 years of experience in a project sales role in relevant industry, serving/targeting the semiconductor industry or a related field.

Demonstrated success in sales and business development, particularly in process and utility engineering systems in semiconductor or related industries.

Strong knowledge of the semiconductor industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and lead cross-functional teams.

Have no issue to travel outstation and overseas for business related matters (Eg: Event, Exhibition) 1 to 3 times in a month, depending on the arrangement.

Proficient in English and Mandarin.
