Personal Assistant (F&B Company) - Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.

  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.

  • Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.

  • Support sales operations by preparing quotations, invoices, and sales reports.

  • Assist in order processing, inventory tracking, and coordination with suppliers.

  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure excellent service.

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and personal errands as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree or certification in Business Administration, Communications, or related field

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

  • Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Canva or other editing apps

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed

  • Open for experienced or fresh grads

  • Good communication in English and BM

  • Must possess own transport

  • Candidate must be able to start immediately (by 20th April)
