Personal Assistant (F&B Company) - Petaling Jaya
Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.

Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.

Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.

Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Support sales operations by preparing quotations, invoices, and sales reports.

Assist in order processing, inventory tracking, and coordination with suppliers.

Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure excellent service.

Perform ad-hoc tasks and personal errands as assigned.
Requirements:

Degree or certification in Business Administration, Communications, or related field

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
-
Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
-
Proficiency in MS Office, Canva or other editing apps
-
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
-
Flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed

Open for experienced or fresh grads
-
Good communication in English and BM
-
Must possess own transport

Candidate must be able to start immediately (by 20th April)
