Performance Marketing - WFH (Native Mandarin speakers)
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning & Execution of Paid Campaigns

Plan, set up, and manage paid media campaigns on meta platforms & Google
-
Performance Optimization
-
Monitor real-time ad performance daily.
-
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
-
Optimize campaigns based on key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS.

Campaign Reporting & Insights
-
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Google Ads dashboard.

Analyze campaign data to provide insights and strategic recommendations.
-
Present results clearly to internal teams or clients, highlighting wins and improvements.

Collaboration with Creative & Content Teams
-
Coordinate with designers and copywriters to develop high-performing creatives.

Ensure brand consistency while maximizing ad effectiveness.
-
Budget & Forecast Management
-
Monitor ad spend closely and ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets.
-
Forecast monthly spending and expected lead/conversion targets.
-
Lead Quality Monitoring
-
Work closely with sales or CRM teams to assess the quality of leads generated.
-
Adjust targeting or messaging to improve lead relevance and conversion potential.
REQUIREMENTS:

Possess a Degree in marketing, business or related.

2-5 years of relevant working experience in performance marketing.

Experience and familiarity in planning, set up, and managing paid media campaigns.

Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4) is highly preferred.

Self-motivated, proactive, meticulous, adaptable to a fast pace work environment with tight deadlines.

Willingness to learn, pleasant attitude, good work ethics and a great team player.

Good time and project management skills.

Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin, BM will be added advantage.
