Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Port Klang

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Facilitate and follow up on tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is communicated effectively.

  • Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings, including preparing necessary materials.

  • Drive and push tasks across teams and departments to ensure efficient project execution.

  • Assist in drafting, proofreading, and managing correspondence and reports.

  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation for easy retrieval.

  • Handle ad-hoc duties and assignments as required by the Director.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar Personal Assistant or coordination role.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Good communication skills, written and spoken, in English, BM and Mandarin.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
