Position: Outlet Manager/ Spa Manager
Location: Mont Kiara, KL
Responsibilities:
Spa Operation- Overlook and Manage the Spa

To overlook, manage & guide all Spa Concierge.

To promote the sale of services and products available from the Spa.

To arrange employee working schedules, checking on employee attendance.
-
Interacting with customers, providing information in response to inquiries about products, and services.
-
Taking service inquiry calls from customers or clients and dispatching the suitable customer service associate to address questions.
-
Investigating and correcting errors, following company and customer records.
-
To ensure outlet sales targets are achieved.

Overseeing facilities maintenance in the spa.
-
Ensure proper inventories of all operating Spa equipment are conducted in line with audit standards in order to effectively manage operational costs.

Manage spa inventory effectively, and follow spa purchasing standards to ensure audit compliance
-
Perform a regular inventory of Spa par levels for retail and operational stocks.

To champion and deliver the Spa brand standard at all times.

Perform any other duties that management may reasonably require.
Handling Customers Complains

To ensure customer satisfaction level maintained high when they visit the spa.

Handling and resolving customer complaints, or special requests via mail or phone.

Training (Managing & Motivating all Employees)

Monitor and review Spa employee’s performance regularly and provide required training.

Ensure accurate customer service standards meet.

Counseling, coaching, support and encourage FD (Front Desk) in maintaining spa standard

Monthly review & evaluate each FD performance
-
Develop and maintain adequate professional spa training programs.

Develop and maintain retail training program
-
Responsible for spa training, planning and conducting hands-on training for the new recruitment.
Requirements:

Possess at least a SPM or Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent.

Able to speak in English or Malay fluently. It is an advantage if you could speak Mandarin.

Friendly, cheerful and a pleasant personality.

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong disciplines, commitments and self-initiative.

Must be willing to work shifts, including working on weekends and public holidays.
