Position: Outlet Chef / F&B Director
Location: OUG, KL

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders
• Process customer complaints patiently
• Plan alternative recipes for customers with special dietary needs
• Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed
• Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors
• Adhere to food, health and safety standards
• Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff
• Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience
• Oversee all supplies and services engaged by the department.
• Ensure awareness of trends, practices and equipment in food and beverage preparation and service.
• Maintain professional business confidentiality.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Culinary Professional Qualification/ Diploma/ Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in kitchen management, must be a creative person
• Excellent record of kitchen management
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Capable of delegating multiple tasks
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
• Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
