Job Description:

Strategic Marketing & Public Relations:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and PR strategies that elevate the company’s profile and align with business goals.

  • Leverage market research to identify opportunities for brand positioning and audience engagement.

Campaign Management:

  • Lead and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring impactful execution across digital, print, and media platforms.

  • Utilize creative approaches, including partnerships and sponsorships, to amplify the brand’s reach.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, corporate partners, and media outlets.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-level negotiations and public affairs.

Crisis Communication:

  • Handle sensitive and potentially damaging situations with finesse, ensuring the brand’s reputation remains intact.

  • Develop contingency plans for potential PR crises, demonstrating a proactive approach to risk management.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • Oversee the professional development of team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Innovation & Creativity:

  • Introduce innovative marketing techniques that capture public interest and differentiate the brand in a competitive market.

  • Continuously explore new avenues for brand storytelling, ensuring content remains fresh and relevant.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing or public relations, with a focus on high-stakes or government-related campaigns.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead successful marketing initiatives that involve complex stakeholder management.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, media relations, and crisis communication.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of developing talent.

  • Proficient in both Mandarin and English.
