Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities
Customer Care & Support

Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, or walk-in.

Handle feedback, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and quality service.

Maintain and update customer records and CRM systems accurately.
-
Build long-term client relationships to promote loyalty and retention.

Follow up on outstanding payments, cloud service renewals, and Helpdesk support.

Conduct cold calls to reach potential customers and generate new business leads.
-
Collect and document customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Marketing & Communications

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline).

Create and manage content for social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials.

Coordinate with designers and vendors for marketing materials and advertising needs.
-
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support branding strategies.
-
Track and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Requirements
-
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM or marketing tools.

Willing to work beyond office hours or weekends if required for campaigns or events.
Remuneration packages:
Salary: RM 4 , 000 basic + Attendance allowances
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Working Days: Mon – Friday (5 days)
Working Hours: 8.00am – 5.30pm
