Position: Korean Speaking Customer Service/ Admin Executive
Location: Pavilion @ Damansara Heights KL
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Support: - 
Handle inquiries from Korean-speaking stakeholders and personnel and Malaysian based personnel via phone, email, and chat. 
- 
Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer issues. 
- 
Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and problem resolution. 
 
- 
- 
Administrative Tasks: - 
Manage office tasks like scheduling, filing, and report preparation. 
- 
Assist in organizing meetings and maintaining client documentation. 
- 
Support sales and technical teams with paperwork and data entry. 
 
- 
- 
Translation & Communication: - 
Translate documents and emails between Korean and English. 
- 
Act as a translator for meetings or calls with Korean-speaking stakeholders. 
 
- 
- 
Data Management: - 
Maintain and update client databases. 
- 
Prepare customer service reports and track client feedback. 
 
- 
REQUIREMENTS:
- 
Fluent in Korean (spoken and understanding) and English (spoken & written). 
- 
1-2 years of experience in customer service or admin roles. 
- 
Basic IT knowledge preferred. 
- 
Proficient in Microsoft Office. 
- 
Strong communication and organizational skills.
