IT Support Executive
Position: IT Support Executive
Location: Seri Kembangan Selangor
RESPONSIBILITIES:

To handle overall IT activities and ensure IT operations are run smoothly;

Perform daily support / operation on installation, maintenance, troubleshoot of hardware, software, system application, telephone PBX phone system and mobile phone;

Liaise with supplier on software licensing, IT equipment purchase & control or settle up network infrastructure accordingly;

Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance;

Responsible for IT security, anti-virus monitoring activities;
-
Involve in system implementation and provide training and technical support of users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence;

Periodical back-up data of company data file;

Keep track on all user’s issues was reported and solve problem with teamwork;

Ensure IT documentation is recorded and maintained in a proper and timely manner;

Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources;

Undertake ad-hoc projects or any other duties assigned by Managing Director or Superior by time to time;
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Minimum diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

At least 1 year proven experience in IT support or a similar role

Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.

Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.

Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.

Knowledge of IT security principles is an advantage.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to handling IT issues.
