Interior Designer / Architect (Native Mandarin speakers; Willing to relocate to Singapore)

Responsibilities:

Report to the Design Manager and be a part of the Design Team.
Involved in the design work for events, interior design and work along with Architectural Firms.
Able to complete multiple projects with datelines.
Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, budget, and the function of the space.
Create design concepts, mood boards, and sketches to present ideas.
Create technical drawings (floor plans, elevations) and 3D renderings using design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, kujiale(酷家乐) or Revit.
Provide quotations for clients.
Work with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure designs are feasible and executed properly.
Attend site visits to check progress and address issues.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or equivalent,
At least 2 years of experience in the event, interior design or architectural industries.
Proficient in AutoCAD, kujiale (酷家乐), Photoshop, Sketchup
Creative individual with a good design flair.
Able to contribute ideas and design proposals.
Organized, meticulous, and detailed and passionate about design.
Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Remuneration packages:
Basic: SGD 2800 to SGD 3800
Singapore Statutory Contributions will apply.
Working Days: 5 days’ work week: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 9 – 6pm
