HR Recruiter - Petaling Jaya (Native Mandarin speakers)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, networking, and headhunting, to identify potential candidates.

  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview sessions with hiring managers.

  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.

  • Handle employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.

  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labour laws.

  • Assist with HR administrative tasks such as preparing offer letters, maintaining employee records, and coordinating new hire orientation.

  • Support other HR functions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

  • Strong ability to source and attract candidates through various channels.

  • Must be proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written) and English to communicate with candidates and internal teams.

  • Familiarity with HR software, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment tools is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Willing to be based in Damansara Jaya, Petaling Jaya.
