HR Recruiter - Petaling Jaya (Native Mandarin speakers)
Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, networking, and headhunting, to identify potential candidates.

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview sessions with hiring managers.

Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.

Handle employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.

Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labour laws.

Assist with HR administrative tasks such as preparing offer letters, maintaining employee records, and coordinating new hire orientation.

Support other HR functions as needed.
Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Strong ability to source and attract candidates through various channels.

Must be proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written) and English to communicate with candidates and internal teams.

Familiarity with HR software, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment tools is a plus.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Willing to be based in Damansara Jaya, Petaling Jaya.
