HR & Admin Manager (Native Mandarin Speakers)
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations.

Collaborate with department heads to understand and fulfill staffing needs.

Manage conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures when necessary.

Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.

Review and recommend salary structures and benefits programs.
-
Drive organizational change and culture development efforts.
-
Identify training needs and create programs to develop employee skills.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

5-8 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
-
Leadership and people management skills.
-
Mandarin speaker preferred.
-
Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Able to handle problem independently
