HR & Admin Manager (Native Mandarin Speakers)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations.

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand and fulfill staffing needs.

  • Manage conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures when necessary.

  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.

  • Review and recommend salary structures and benefits programs.

  • Drive organizational change and culture development efforts.

  • Identify training needs and create programs to develop employee skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

  • 5-8 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.

  • Leadership and people management skills.

  • Mandarin speaker preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Able to handle problem independently

  • Possess own transport

  • Positive working attitude/ discipline, aggressive and proactive

  • Interactive and good in communication
