Position: Front Desk Consultant

Location: Mont Kiara

Responsibilities

  • To promote the sale of services and products available.

  • To reply to messages in all social media platform and WhatsApp enquiries.

  • Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquires about products, and services.

  • To ensure customer satisfaction level is maintained high when they visit the spa

  • Taking service inquiry calls from customers or clients and dispatching the suitable customer service associate to address questions.

  • Handling and resolving customer complaints, or special orders via mail or phone.

  • Investigating and correcting errors, following company and customer records.

  • To ensure personal and team sales targets are achieved.

  • To champion and deliver the brand standard at all times.

  • Reporting & completing task given by your direct supervisor.

  • To perform as and when necessary task given by management level.

Requirements:

  • Able to speak in English or Malay fluently. It is an advantage if you could speak Mandarin.

  • Possess at least a SPM or Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent

  • Friendly with cheeky personality, possess good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong disciplines, commitments and self-initiative

  • Must be willing to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays

  • Pleasant & cheerful personality
