Front Desk Administrator - Petaling Jaya
Responsibilities:

Be the face of the organization.

Communicate effectively with customer.

Demonstrate maturity in handling customer enquiries and complaints.
-
Manage administrative tasks such customer management, clerical work, handling phone calls, scheduling.
-
Be empathetic to customer needs.
-
Answer and direct all incoming calls.
-
Typing, photocopying, distribution and filing of records and correspondences.
-
Sorting and distribution of incoming mails.
-
Preparation of payment vouchers and printing of cheques
-
Maintenance of office supplies.
-
Any other responsibilities assigned by Management.
Requirements:
-
SPM, STPM, Diploma in Business Administration or Secretarial
or equivalent. -
At least 3 years working experience in administrative work
-
Possess good communication and telephony skill.
-
Pleasant personality.
-
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
