Position: Dynamics 365 Business Central IT Operations Specialist
Location: Seri Kembangan Selangor
RESPONSIBILITIES:

To support overall IT activities and ensure IT operations are run smoothly.

Keep track on all user’s issues was reported and solve problem with teamwork.

Ensure IT documentation is recorded and maintained in a proper and timely manner.

Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.

Undertake ad-hoc projects or any other duties assigned by Managing Director or Superior by time to time .

Lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Customize solutions to meet business requirements while ensuring best practices are followed.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ERP system.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Business Central.

Work with external software systems to ensure seamless integration with Business Central.

Collaborate with IT teams to facilitate data migration and system upgrades.
-
Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

At least 1 year experience in inventory management, finance, or project management modules of Dynamics 365.

Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Strong understanding of ERP concepts and implementation methodologies.

Experience in integrating third-party applications with ERP systems.

Knowledge of SQL, Business Intelligence tools, and data reporting.

Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
-
Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based applications.
-
Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin is compulsory as candidate need to communicate with Mandarin speaking employees
