Customer Service Executive (IT)

Position: Customer Service Exec (IT) (Client Success Department)
Location: Putrajaya

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients

  • Ensuring their satisfaction, and maximizing their success with our products or services.

  • Understand their needs, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet those needs.

  • Retain and grow our client base by delivering exceptional service and value.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (IT background) or equivalent work experience.

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in client success, account management, or a related role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Knowledge of the industry and the company’s products or services.
