Position: Customer Service Exec (IT) (Client Success Department)
Location: Putrajaya
Responsibilities:

Understand their needs, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet those needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (IT background) or equivalent work experience.

1-3 years of proven experience in client success, account management, or a related role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities.
