Custom Clearance Assistant Manager
Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all customs clearance activities to ensure smooth import and export operations.

Liaise with clients, customs authorities, and relevant agencies to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Manage documentation processes for import/export permits, tariff codes, and other customs-related matters.

Supervise a small team handling clearance paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Resolve customs issues, delays, or discrepancies efficiently to minimize operational disruptions.

Maintain strong relationships with port, airport, and shipping agents to facilitate prompt clearance.

Continuously update knowledge on changing customs regulations and ensure company compliance.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in customs clearance or freight forwarding operations.

Proficient in import/export documentation and customs procedures.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Mandarin-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic: RM 5000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Benefit:

Working Days: Mon – Friday, Sat
Working Hours: 8.30 – 5.00pm / 9.00-12.30pm (alternate after probation)
