Corporate Finance Senior Associate
Position: Corporate Finance Senior Associate
Location: Ubi, Singapore
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 
Assist in conducting cash flow analysis to support the optimization of the company’s liquidity. 
- 
Support in liaising with banks, financial institutions, investors, legal counsel, and other stakeholders. 
- 
Assist the Group CFO in monitoring and evaluating the group’s portfolio of subsidiaries. 
- 
Analyze capital budgeting proposals and participate in preliminary investment discussions. 
- 
Support the evaluation of M&A and fundraising opportunities, and assist in due diligence processes. 
- 
Assist in the implementation of internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash, and credit management. 
- 
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes impacting the corporate finance landscape. 
- 
Work on special ad-hoc projects and analyses as directed by the Group CFO. 
REQUIREMENTS:
- 
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 
- 
A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial audit, investment banking, or a related field. 
- 
CFA, ACCA, or CPA certification is a plus. 
- 
Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance principles, and investment analysis. 
- 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights. 
- 
Experience in negotiating financing agreements and managing relationships with financial institutions. 
- 
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. 
- 
Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
- 
Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software).
