Oversee daily company operations to ensure seamless business functions.
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Optimize resource allocation and workflow to improve productivity.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and execute growth opportunities.
Provide operational insights and support for new business initiatives.
Assist in negotiating partnerships, vendor agreements, and service contracts.
Work closely with the MD/GM to execute the company’s strategic vision.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to align operational goals with business objectives.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure sustainable business growth.
Coordinate with the Finance Manager to align operational efficiency with financial objectives.
Assist in budget planning and cost control to maximize profitability.
Ensure operational strategies contribute to long-term revenue growth.
Support the Business Development team in evaluating the financial feasibility of new projects and partnerships.
Lead, mentor, and develop department heads to foster a high-performance culture.
Enhance internal communication and collaboration across teams.
Promote staff development through training and skill enhancement programs.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in operations or business development.
Experience in Construction, Design & Build, Services, or related industries.
Strong expertise in business operations, strategy execution, and process optimization.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and stakeholders.
Track record of driving business expansion and revenue growth.
