Admin cum Assistant Cashier

Responsibilities:

  • Experience with AutoCount Software System

  • Tracking and recording payments

  • Operating the cashier system (training provided)

  • Organizing and maintaining sales and purchase documents

  • Assisting in inventory management

  • Scanning and uploading files

  • Engaging in face-to-face customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification.

  • Punctual and responsible

  • Proficient in BM, with basic English skills (Mandarin is an advantage)

  • Computer literate and familiar with AutoCount accounting software

  • Positive, cheerful, and approachable personality

  • Willing to learn and grow with the team

  • Charismatic and observant

  • Must possess own transport

Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM3000 – RM 3500 (negotiable depending on experience)

  • EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00PM
