Accounting Intern
Position: Accounting Intern
Location: Work from home/ Work in Nilai Office (Accessible by Public Transport) Near KTM Batang Benar 7KM
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain stock card (stock in & stock out)-Pancarmart and company
-
Check bank transaction when needed
-
Check TNG, Payex, Atome transaction when needed
-
Update orders to Pancarmart when needed
-
Prepare stock out estimation, packaging checklist, checklist for Pancart
-
Send out stock to Pancarmart every month
-
Key in invoices, expenses & purchases for everyday
-
Prepare monthly sales report and monthly salesman report
-
Prepare sales report and Profit & Loss for events when needed
-
Calculate commission system (personal & group) and prepare the report
-
Responsible for calling customers to request payment when needed
-
Assist sales team on customer payment issues when needed
-
Prepare the parcel for customer and follow up the parcel delivery status when needed
-
Prepare the company internal transfer note
-
Handle the recruitment process- posting job vacancy, shortlist candidates (follow up candidates)
-
Prepare monthly performance point report
-
Prepare Mr.Raymond’s performance point template 1st of every month and send to him.

Work at the command of the chief from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Min diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Required languages: English and Mandarin
-
Must possess Own Transport
-
Willingness to learn, pleasant attitude, good work ethics and a great team player.

Good communication and time management skills.
