Customer Service Executive
Position: Customer Service Executive
Location: Port Klang, Selangor
Responsibilities:

Sales coordinator follow up and taking care of the existing customers, including new development.

Coordinate with production to ensure order fulfilment.

Data analysis on monthly sales in terms of volume, cost, selling price etc.

Attending customer complaint when necessarily.
Requirements:

Minimum diploma in marketing / management

Good in Microsoft office especially excel

Good interpersonal skill

Proactive
-
Initiative to learn new things

Able to manage customer expectation
