Position: Customer Service Executive
Location: Port Klang, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Sales coordinator follow up and taking care of the existing customers, including new development.

  • Coordinate with production to ensure order fulfilment.

  • Data analysis on monthly sales in terms of volume, cost, selling price etc.

  • Attending customer complaint when necessarily.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in marketing / management

  • Good in Microsoft office especially excel

  • Good interpersonal skill

  • Proactive

  • Initiative to learn new things

  • Able to manage customer expectation
