Senior Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Director, based at the Social Media/ Website Dept.

  • Collaborate with the agency’s creative and technical teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets based on the client’s needs and expectations.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.

  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide project status updates, address concerns or issues, and ensure that they are satisfied with the project’s progress.

  • Manage project resources, including the agency’s internal teams, freelancers, and vendors to ensure that everyone has the resources they need to complete the project successfully.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget.

  • Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and ensure that the agency’s project management processes are continuously improving

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
    At least 1-2 years of experience as a project coordinator in a digital marketing agency or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software tools such as Asana, Trello, or .

  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics such as SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media is a plus.
