Senior Project Coordinator
Responsibilities:

Reporting to Director, based at the Social Media/ Website Dept.

Collaborate with the agency’s creative and technical teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets based on the client’s needs and expectations.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.

Communicate regularly with clients to provide project status updates, address concerns or issues, and ensure that they are satisfied with the project’s progress.

Manage project resources, including the agency’s internal teams, freelancers, and vendors to ensure that everyone has the resources they need to complete the project successfully.

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and ensure that the agency’s project management processes are continuously improving
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience as a project coordinator in a digital marketing agency or related field. -
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in project management software tools such as Asana, Trello, or monday.com | Your go-to work platform .

Knowledge of digital marketing tactics such as SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media is a plus.
