Physiotherapist

Position: Physiotherapist
Location: Summit Mall, USJ Subang

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions, conduct thorough assessments, and diagnose movement dysfunctions or injuries.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ specific needs and goals, incorporating a range of physiotherapy techniques.

• Administer manual therapy, exercise programs, and other therapeutic interventions to alleviate pain, restore function, and prevent further injury.

• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery and prevent recurrence.

• Track and document patients’ progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and communicate updates to patients and referring healthcare professionals.

• Utilize and maintain physiotherapy equipment, ensuring it is safe and functional for patient use.

• Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe treatment environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution

• Valid physiotherapy license or certification in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Proven experience as a physiotherapist, preferably in an indoor clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy principles, techniques, and equipment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Must have own transport.
