Position: Inventory Specialist cum Product Developers

Location: Mont Kiara, KL

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in whole inventory control process, ordering stocks from suppliers, tracks stock levels, and hands-on management of inventory, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.

• handle data entry and reporting to help maintain accurate inventory records..

• develop inventory tracking systems, analyze stock levels, forecast needs, and coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient inventory flow.

• In charge of the process of bringing a product to market or improving an existing product.

• Conduct thorough market research to market trends and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform product development decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications, including design, features, materials and performance criteria.

• Create and manage project timelines, ensuring critical milestones are met throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Coordinate new products development, testing and validation, collecting and analyzing data to inform product refinements.

• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to source components, materials and production processes that meet quality standards and cost targets.

• Conduct product analysis, user testing and gather feedback to evaluate product usability, functionality and overall customer experience.

• Coordinate with marketing teams to develop product launch strategies, including pricing, positioning and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Candidates with or without experience

• Language requirements: Chinese (must – speaking, listening, reading, and writing), English & Malay
