Assistant Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Service Manager in overseeing daily client service operations.

  • Handle customer inquiries, service issues, and shipment updates in a timely and professional manner.

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, sales, and customs to ensure service quality and delivery timelines.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their logistics requirements are met.

  • Assist in developing and implementing service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare service performance reports and assist in staff training where necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customer service.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customer-oriented thinking.

  • Ability to multitask and handle client demands under pressure.

  • Mandarin-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.

REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic: RM 5,000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Benefit:
Annual Leave, Bonus & Etc
Working Days: Mon – Friday, Sat
Working Hours: 8.30 – 5.00pm / 9.00-12.30pm (alternate after probation)
