Assistant Customer Service Manager
Responsibilities

Support the Customer Service Manager in overseeing daily client service operations.

Handle customer inquiries, service issues, and shipment updates in a timely and professional manner.

Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, sales, and customs to ensure service quality and delivery timelines.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their logistics requirements are met.

Assist in developing and implementing service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

Prepare service performance reports and assist in staff training where necessary.
Requirements
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customer service.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customer-oriented thinking.

Ability to multitask and handle client demands under pressure.
-
Mandarin-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic: RM 5,000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Benefit:
Annual Leave, Bonus & Etc
Working Days: Mon – Friday, Sat
Working Hours: 8.30 – 5.00pm / 9.00-12.30pm (alternate after probation)
