Social Media Manager (Native Mandarin Speakers); Digital Marketing Agency experience

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

●        Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve brand awareness, audience engagement, and conversion goals.

●        Manage and optimize social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, etc.) to align with client objectives.

Content Creation & Management:

●        Plan, create, and schedule high-quality, engaging, and platform-specific content, including videos, graphics, and articles.

●        Oversee the production of creative assets to ensure alignment with target audience preferences.

Influencer Marketing:

●        Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers across Asia to amplify brand messaging.

●        Monitor influencer performance and generate detailed analytics reports.

Campaign Management:

●        Plan and execute paid social media campaigns with a focus on achieving ROI.

●        Leverage tools and insights to monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, optimizing strategies as needed.

Engagement & Community Management:

●        Foster meaningful interactions with online communities, promptly addressing comments and inquiries.

●        Develop strategies to grow and nurture follower communities.

Collaborative Work:

●        Work closely with Creative Production and Media Planning teams to ensure alignment between content and campaigns.

●        Collaborate with event teams for on-ground activations that complement digital initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of proven experience managing social media channels and campaigns, preferably in an agency or brand setting.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content formats.

  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.

  • Experience in influencer marketing and familiarity with current trends in content creation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin; proficiency in BM is an added advantage.

  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and an eye for detail.

  • Familiarity with XiaoHongShu and TikTok advertising and content trends is highly desirable.
